Staff responsiveness was highly inconsistent. we faced rude service and issues getting our room at check-in. There were also cleanliness concerns, impacting our comfort level during the stay.

The stay revealed a mix of positives and negatives. Enjoyed the separate living area in the two-bedroom suite which was great for family time, and the kids really loved the pool. However, the hotel appeared dated. the bathroom had no door, which made privacy a challenge. Cleanliness was an issue as well, with sticky rings on the kitchen table and dusty mirrors, bringing into question the thoroughness of the cleaning staff.

I had a wonderful stay with exceptional service from the staff, including Miss Margaret, who made everything feel like home, and I loved that we were just a few steps away from delicious eateries like Taste of Tokyo and under 2 km from the serene Danny Jones Park, perfect for leisurely walks.

The layout of the room was perfect for our family of four, with a separate living room area that gave us some space to spread out. The beds were super comfy, and I appreciated having a kitchenette to make snacks. The cleanliness could have been better—found a few sticky spots on the kitchen table. Overall, it felt cozy and convenient for our trip.

The king suite had a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Spacious layout with a separate seating area and sofa bed. The beds were super comfy with hypoallergenic pillows. Breakfast had a large variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. The outdoor pool was nice, and the fitness center was well-equipped.

the toilet ran non-stop, but the kitchen was so useful for our family dinners 🍽️. breakfast was really good, especially the fresh waffles! the staff in the dining area were super friendly and offered ice for our cooler. overall, it was a great stay! 😊

During my stay at Homewood Suites, I appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, especially the inviting lobby that provided an ideal space for relaxation. The staff was accommodating, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably.

Better maintenance of the dining area is needed.

We enjoyed our night in a spacious suite with two queen beds, perfect for the family. Breakfast was decent, but the dining space was tight during peak hours. Definitely a family-friendly spot!
